1. Donation Methods
Donations to Al-Wafaa Relief & Development Organization are accepted exclusively through official and authorized channels, including:

Recurring donations (monthly subscriptions).

2. Donor Acknowledgment
By completing a donation, the donor acknowledges and agrees that:

Contribute to certain projects via installment payments or monthly deductions, with project implementation commencing once the minimum required amount is reached.

4. Documentation & Reporting
The organization provides reports based on the nature of the project:
Construction Projects: Interim and final reports.
Water Wells: Completion and inauguration report.
Sponsorship Programs: Periodic (typically annual) reports.
Report availability and timing may vary depending on field conditions and data accessibility.
5. Recurring Donations (Subscriptions)
Monthly donations are processed automatically based on the donor’s authorization.
Donors may cancel recurring donations at any time through their payment method or by contacting the organization.
Cancellation does not affect previously processed payments.
6. Donation Modifications
At the Donor’s Request:
Certain donation details (e.g., displayed donor name) may be modified within a limited timeframe, depending on the project type.
Due to External Circumstances:
In exceptional cases such as natural disasters, political instability, or security concerns, the organization may modify the project’s location or type.
Donors will be informed where feasible, and consent will be sought when possible.
7. Refund Policy
Donation refund requests may be submitted within 30 days of the donation date, provided the project implementation has not commenced.
Donations are non-refundable once project execution has begun.
If a project is delayed for more than 18 months without a viable alternative, donors may request a refund.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
Supporting documents such as donation receipts or proof of identity may be required.
8. Administrative Fees
