  • Donate only through officially approved channels.

  • Verify the identity of the staff member receiving your donation.

  • Make sure to receive an official receipt and review its details.

  • If your information is registered, you will receive an SMS confirmation of the donation.


Donor Rights:

  • You may donate under your name, nickname, or anonymously as a "Good Samaritan".
    Note: Receiving reports requires providing your email and phone number.

  • You may request a personalized link for sharing and select a specific project name, provided that the requester is a first-degree relative (father, mother, spouse, son, daughter, brother, sister), and a copy of an ID is attached.

  • You have the right to know the project completion timeline and the expected report delivery date.

  • You may pay for a project in installments or via monthly deductions, with implementation starting once 50% of the total cost is collected.

  • You are entitled to receive periodic reports if the necessary data is provided.


Documentation and Reporting:

  • Construction Projects: A midterm report is sent at 50% completion and a final report upon project completion.

  • Wells: A report is sent after drilling is completed and the well is inaugurated.

  • Sponsorships: Sponsors receive an annual report about the sponsored individual.


Special Cases and Delays:

In the event of delays due to uncontrollable circumstances such as natural disasters or political instability, the donor will be contacted with alternative options, such as changing the project location or type.


Privacy Policy Updates:

We may update our privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and we encourage you to review it regularly.


Donation Refund Policy:

  • Donations can be refunded within one month from the date of the donation.

  • Refunds are not allowed after project implementation begins.

  • If the project is delayed for more than 1.5 years without an alternative, the donor is entitled to a refund.

  • To process a refund, please fill out the refund form and attach the donation receipt, a copy of your ID, and your bank account details.


Monthly Deduction Program:

The “Monthly Deduction” project by Al-Wafaa enables donors to give easily and securely every month without the need for case-by-case review or regular follow-ups.


Donation Modification:

  • Upon donor request: Project details (name of donor or project) can be modified within a set timeframe depending on the type of project.

  • Due to circumstances: The organization may need to change the project’s location or type in exceptional cases. Donors will be contacted for approval in such situations.


Administrative Fees:

Al-Wafaa Relief and Development Organization retains a variable percentage of donations depending on the size and type of each project to cover administrative costs associated with implementation. Full transparency and accountability are maintained.
