As Eid al-Fitr approaches, we launch the Zakat al-Fitr Campaign to help deliver this obligatory charity to families in need before the Eid prayer. Zakat al-Fitr ensures that those facing hardship can meet their basic food needs and celebrate Eid with dignity and joy.

The Zakat al-Fitr amount is $10 per person, and all contributions are distributed to eligible beneficiaries in accordance with Islamic guidelines before Eid prayer. Prophetic Hadith
Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) reported:
"The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) made Zakat al-Fitr obligatory on every Muslim before the people go out for the Eid prayer."
