This project provides refugee youth both young men and women—with the tools and skills they need to thrive and contribute meaningfully to their communities. Through a series of workshops and training sessions, participants will develop essential life competencies including leadership, time management, communication, problem-solving, and entrepreneurship.
The program is designed to respond to the unique challenges refugee youth face, such as disrupted education, unemployment, and limited access to personal development opportunities. By targeting these barriers, the project aims to:
Enhance the self-confidence and resilience of youth.
Equip them with practical skills for employment and self-employment.
Encourage civic engagement and leadership within their communities.
Foster hope and ambition in an otherwise uncertain future.
Workshops will be led by qualified trainers and tailored to the cultural and contextual needs of the refugee population. The curriculum will combine theoretical knowledge with interactive activities, real-world applications, and mentoring support.
The initiative will prioritize gender inclusion, ensuring equal participation of young women and addressing gender-specific challenges. By investing in young refugees today, we pave the way for a stronger, more stable, and self-reliant future.
